Job summary

Network Finance seeks a Specialist Power Systems Sales Engineer to drive growth strategies across Southern Africa, managing strategic customer relationships and accelerating large-scale opportunities in the power systems sector.

You will engage with end-users, utilities, consultants, EPC contractors, and panel builders to influence specifications, identify opportunities, and accelerate project conversions across Southern Africa. Travel will be extensive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• MBA or postgraduate business qualification is advantageous.
• Professional engineering registration is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies across Southern Africa.
• Establish executive-level customer relationships.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and major projects.
• Influence project specifications and solution design early in projects.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize project success.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth.
• Support channel partners including EPCs, panel builders, and end-users.
• Deliver technical engagements and presentations to customers.
