Job summary

Network Finance seeks an experienced Systems Sales Specialist – Power Systems to lead strategic accounts across Southern Africa. This segment-agnostic role focuses on early project engagement, technical specification and solution influence for Medium Voltage distribution products and systems.

You will collaborate with End Users, EPCs, consultants and contractors, building robust customer relationships and driving profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification would be advantageous.
• 10+ years of experience in technical sales, solution sales or business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic accounts and opportunities across Southern Africa.
• Lead cross-unit sales teams to maintain a consistent customer engagement strategy.
• Influence specifications and solution architecture early in projects.
• Promote digital and connected Power Systems solutions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast and CRM records.
• Travel extensively across Southern Africa.
