Job summary

Uber for Business is seeking a Growth Account Executive to drive revenue growth and strategic expansion within a mid-market book. You will own client relationships, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and partner with product and implementation teams to expand adoption and value.

This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration in Randburg with flexible days to suit the business. You’ll present to senior stakeholders, negotiate renewals, and ensure a superior partner experience across

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales in a quota-carrying role
• Experience in Mid-Market sales (Nordics 500–5,000 employees)
• Track record of meeting revenue quotas
• Ability to build territory and account plans
• Strong English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive view of the client’s priorities and relationships
• Grow and retain a book of business and identify expansion opportunities across multiple products and services
• Negotiate renewals and expansions with cross-functional teams
• Build long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews to drive expansion discussions
• Continuously assess evolving customer needs and align Uber for Business value
