Qualifications
- NQF 7 Bachelor or advanced diploma in chemical or metallurgy.
- B.Sc. (Chemistry), B.Eng or B-Tech Engineering or NQF 8 in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering or relevant field.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and manage the Operations discipline to meet organisational targets.
- Design and approve labour plans aligned to production goals and performance targets.
- Lead and develop the team, set performance criteria and review staff development.
- Drive safety, health and environmental standards across the operation and promote zero-harm culture.
- Coordinate budgeting, capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
