Job summary

Whistle is seeking a results-driven Meta Media Buyer to lead, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). You will own campaign architecture, creative strategy, and performance optimization to drive high-quality US lead generation while maintaining scalable CPL targets.

You will design hooks and visuals using Canva and CapCut, run A/B tests, monitor key metrics, and report insights to improve campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience setting up, managing and scaling ad spend on Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong background running lead generation campaigns for US-based service businesses.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and scale lead generation campaigns within Meta Ads Manager with proper structure and tracking.
• Develop hooks, copy, and visuals using Canva and CapCut.
• Continuously monitor and optimize ad sets, budgets, bids, and audiences to meet CPA/CPL benchmarks.
• Design and execute A/B tests to reduce costs and fatigue.
• Track CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and provide actionable performance updates.
