Job summary

Talent Match Africa is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to own the marketing function from strategy to execution, focusing on lead generation, paid advertising, funnels and measurable business results. The role requires independent work, a strong ability to take briefs and deliver high-quality outputs.

You’ll manage campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, develop landing pages and nurture leads through an integrated CRM, working with leadership and sales to grow the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience.
• Proven experience across performance marketing, lead generation and digital marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
• Experience building and optimising marketing funnels.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Experience working with a CRM system and lead nurturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and lead generation strategies.
• Plan, build, launch and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Build and optimise marketing funnels, landing pages and conversion journeys.
• Manage and maintain CRM systems, including lead tracking, pipelines, automations and lead nurturing.
• Develop high-quality copy for landing pages, email campaigns and social media.
• Create and manage content that supports lead generation and brand growth.
• Manage social media campaigns and content scheduling.
• Monitor campaign performance, conversion rates, cost per lead and ROI.
• Test and optimise audiences, messaging, creative, offers and landing pages.
• Analyse marketing data and use insights to improve performance.
• Work with sales to ensure leads are followed up and nurtured.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead generation and conversion processes.
