Job summary

Network Recruitment seeks a BIM detailing specialist to develop and coordinate 3D MEP models and 2D installation drawings for data centres, pharmaceuticals, and other projects. You will utilise Revit, Navisworks and ACC/BIM 360 to support clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination.

The role emphasizes constructability reviews, record drawings, and adherence to BIM standards and ISO 19650 workflows, requiring a degree in engineering-related field and at least 2 years' experience in MEP

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Design or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 2 years' experience in MEP detailing, BIM modelling or BIM coordination.
Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks with ACC/BIM 360 experience.
Experience with 3D MEP modelling, 2D drawings and clash detection.

Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate constructible 3D MEP models and accurate 2D installation drawings.
Perform clash detection and maintain federated models.
Support BIM coordination meetings and resolve site clashes.
Contribute to constructability reviews and ensure BIM standard compliance.
