Job summary

WSP is seeking a Mechanical Design/ BIM Technician in Building Services with a strong BIM background and 4+ years in mechanical design. You will develop coordinated BIM models, perform clash detection and support multidisciplinary coordination under senior guidance. Candidates should hold a B.Tech.

Eng. (Mechanical) or an equivalent qualification, with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and related tools, and be able to contribute across HVAC, Public Health and related disciplines within building

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level mechanical engineering qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years in mechanical building services design/BIM modelling.
• Experience with BIM authoring, coordination and multidisciplinary design tasks.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering criteria and translate into coordinated BIM models.
• Perform clash-detection and coordinate issues resolution.
• Develop BIM templates and manage project standards.
