Job summary

Communicate Recruitment is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator in Cape Town to lead multidisciplinary model coordination in a busy engineering or construction environment. You will manage cross-discipline coordination, ensure BIM compliance, and support project delivery with accurate model data.

Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks for clash detection is essential, along with experience coordinating architectural, structural and MEP models.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in BIM, engineering, or construction.
• Revit certification advantageous.
