Develop and coordinate constructible 3D MEP models and accurate 2D installation drawings using Revit, Plant 3D and Advanced Steel. Perform clash detection in Navisworks, maintain federated models, support BIM coordination meetings and resolve site clashes. Conduct site verification, contribute to constructability reviews, produce record drawings and ensure deliverables comply with project BIM standards and ISO 19650 workflows.
Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Design or a related technical discipline. Minimum 2 years' experience in MEP detailing, BIM modelling or BIM coordination, ideally within building services, engineering contracting or construction. Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks, with experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360). Practical experience with 3D MEP modelling, 2D installation drawings, clash detection, federated models and multidisciplinary coordination. Understanding of ISO 19650, BIM/CDE workflows and constructability, with strong communication, teamwork and ability to work to demanding project deadlines.
