Job summary

ATS Client is looking for a BIM Modeller to perform structured mechanical modelling using Revit and NavisWorks across multiple projects. You will ensure quality, participate in coordination among disciplines, and develop BIM content in line with project standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Mechanical Building services using Revit.
• Preferred certification in Revit.
• At least 1 year of BIM environment experience.
• General understanding of integrated architectural and engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in Revit modelling for Mechanical Building Services.
• Coordinate across disciplines using NavisWorks clash detection.
• Upskill team on BIM practices and content creation.
• Support BIM Manager with standards enforcement.
• Perform Level 3 QA/QC checks on models.
• Read construction documents and apply design parameters.
• Follow AECOM modelling standards and filing systems.
• Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and project standards.
• Develop BIM content and take ownership of work.
• Collaborate with disciplines on coordination issues.
• Manage multiple projects and time effectively.
