Job summary

Oxyon People Solutions is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to grow our specialist medical practice client base across South Africa. The role covers new business development, lead generation, client presentations, negotiations and closing deals with specialist medical practitioners and practice managers.

You will identify target practices, generate opportunities through cold calling and industry research, build a robust sales pipeline and deliver presentations to win new business.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' proven business development or external sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel.
