Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within hospitals, private clinics, and specialist practices.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), surgeons, physicians, and procurement managers.
• Product Expertise: Deliver compelling clinical presentations and product demonstrations to medical professionals.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and identify emerging market trends to strategically position our portfolio.
• Territory Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
