Job summary

JVR Software in Gauteng is seeking a Junior Territory Manager - Sales to drive growth by promoting medical device products to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory and by meeting sales targets.

You will demonstrate products, manage customer relationships, and collaborate with sales reps to expand the customer base while ensuring compliance with SAHPRA standards. The role reports to the Sales Manager and is based on site.

Qualifications

• BSC Human Movement or relevant experience.
• 1–2 years’ experience in Sales Rep position.
• CRM software experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Sales Execution: Promote and sell medical device products to healthcare professionals and hospitals within an assigned territory, meet/exceed targets, and grow the customer base.
• Product Demonstration: Demonstrate devices, explain features, and answer technical questions for stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, handle orders/queries, and share insights with internal teams.
• Market Analysis, Compliance and Reporting: Perform basic market research, forecast sales, and ensure CRM/data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
