The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, 7+ years of experience, proven expertise in FEA, CFD, heat transfer, or material fatigue, and excellent communication.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or highly specialized related field.
- 7+ years of experience focusing on specialized mechanical engineering challenges.
- Proven expertise in FEA, CFD, heat transfer, or material fatigue.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex, multi-disciplinary engineering problems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; mentoring is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized technical expertise in thermodynamics, material science, or structural analysis.
- Lead investigations into complex mechanical failures and develop innovative solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, materials, or processes to enhance performance.
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for engineering staff.
- Contribute to design and development of highly specialized mechanical components or systems.
- Review and approve technical documentation for accuracy and standards.
