Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed structural analysis and simulations (FEA) on mechanical components and assemblies to assess strength, stiffness, and fatigue life.
• Develop and refine designs for mechanical structures to meet performance, safety, and cost requirements.
• Create comprehensive engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports detailing structural integrity.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to integrate structural requirements into overall system designs.
• Perform failure analysis and root cause investigations for structural failures, proposing corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, codes, and standards related to structural mechanics.
