- Interpret analysis results and provide actionable recommendations to design and product development teams.
- Develop and refine analysis methodologies and best practices.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers in performing structural simulations and data interpretation.
- Contribute to the design process by providing early-stage analysis feedback to ensure structural integrity and performance.
