Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in mechanical design, renewable energy experience preferred.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks/Inventor) and engineering simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of materials science, thermodynamics, and structural mechanics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems for renewable energy applications.
• Use CAD and simulation tools to optimize designs for performance and durability.
• Create detailed drawings, specifications and BOMs for manufacturing.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers, materials scientists, and PMs for integration.
• Oversee prototype development, testing and iteration of new designs.
• Stay updated on renewable energy tech and engineering best practices.
