Responsibilities include managing inventory, budget variances, and collaborating with regulatory bodies to maintain high production efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Control and monitor carcass numbers and liaise with Meat Board and veterinary services.

• Manage inventory and oversee supply chain logistics for continuous production.
