Job summary

Department of Health is seeking a MATERIAL RECORDING CLERK- LEVEL5 in Gauteng to support Supply Chain Management. The role involves requesting quotations, creating SAP shopping carts, and managing supplier contracts, with audit-ready documentation and end-user support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Request quotations from vendors and compile RLS01 documents for QAC.
• Create shopping cart on SAP systems and manage contracts.
• Follow up with E-Government to generate PO numbers on requisitions.
• Filling documents for Audit purposes and attend to end-user queries.
• Participate in stock takes and maintain monthly commitment register.
• Be analytical and innovative in executing tasks; perform other duties assigned.

Be analytical and innovative in executing tasks as allocated. Compile monthly commitment register. Knowledge of SAP System will be essential. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor that are related to the job description that is lawful.
