Qualifikationen

• Degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in Account Management, Marketing or a similar role.
• Experience managing multiple clients, brands or business accounts simultaneously.
• Understanding of digital marketing performance, campaign reporting and lead conversion metrics.
• Ability to interpret marketing data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
• Comfortable working across different teams and taking ownership of multiple responsibilities.

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned business units, developing strong relationships and understanding their marketing objectives.
• Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies and budgets aligned with individual business goals.
• Coordinate internal creative, digital and marketing teams, providing clear briefs and ensuring priorities are understood.
• Monitor campaign results and marketing performance, using insights and data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales teams to strengthen programme positioning and support lead generation and conversion.
• Oversee campaign schedules and deliverables in collaboration with project management teams.
• Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage multiple brands and business requirements while ensuring consistent service delivery.
