Job summary

Caliber6 is seeking a highly organised, proactive Virtual Assistant with marketing experience to support day-to-day operations, customer service, and marketing activities.

You will manage customer orders, respond to inquiries, design emails and graphics, update Meta platforms, and assist with basic SEO research and monitoring. This remote role follows EST hours, Monday–Friday, with a start date in January 2027.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years as Virtual Assistant with marketing experience.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal English.
• Email design, basic graphics, and social/SEO awareness.
• Ability to work independently within EST hours, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Order Management & Administration: manage orders, changes, cancellations, and ensure records are updated.
• Customer Service: respond to inquiries, resolve issues, uphold policies, and maintain satisfaction.
• Marketing Support: design emails/graphics, update Meta platforms, assist with basic SEO research, monitor results.
