Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Marketing Support Officer in Sandton to assist the Campaign Manager with briefs, manage paid media briefs for social, LinkedIn, and Google ads, and align activities with media schedules.

You will support email marketing via Brevo, oversee organic social content scheduling, and help with reporting and KPI alignment across campaigns, ensuring timely approvals and accurate messaging.

• Assist in planning and executing weekly newsletters.
• Work with designers to develop engaging email content.
• Ensure accuracy of pricing and campaign messaging before deployment.
• Oversee scheduling and sending via Brevo, ensuring all content and links are tested.

Reporting & Compliance

• Support quarterly media plan execution and ensure Product KPI alignment.
• Prepare and submit Product Proof of Action (POA) reports monthly.
