Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Marketing Support Officer in Sandton to assist the Campaign Manager with briefs, manage paid media briefs for social, LinkedIn, and Google ads, and align activities with media schedules.

You will support email marketing via Brevo, oversee organic social content scheduling, and help with reporting and KPI alignment across campaigns, ensuring timely approvals and accurate messaging.

Qualifications

• Assist the Campaign Manager with briefs for creative and digital marketing.
• Prepare and manage paid media briefs for social, LinkedIn, and Google ads.
• Align activities with media schedules and obtain approvals.
• Support pricing and marketing collateral updates as needed.
• Coordinate email marketing content and Brevo deployments.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and schedule organic content across multiple social pages.
• Brief designers on static and video content at least a week in advance.
• Write, review, and test copy for social media, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
• Obtain approvals from relevant stakeholders before publishing.
• Coordinate internal briefs and assets for sponsored content.
• Manage agency and publisher briefs with approved creative elements and audience targeting.
• Track campaign performance and optimize for best results.
• Assist planning and executing weekly newsletters via Brevo.
