The role focuses on enhancing efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of processes, employing best practices in industrial engineering to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 4 years' hands-on experience in process improvement or lean manufacturing.
• Proven track record in cost-saving and efficiency projects.
• Strong data analysis and process mapping skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production and operational processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Lead lean initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping.
• Develop and execute projects to reduce cycle times and costs.
• Design and standardize workflows, SOPs, and training materials.
• Use statistics and performance metrics to monitor improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and engineering teams.
