The role bridges design and production, ensuring mechanical systems operate reliably and cost-effectively while driving continuous improvement in a production environment.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in manufacturing engineering, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with CAD tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and automation.
• Proficiency with CAD for tooling and fixture design.
• Experience with lean and Six Sigma is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes for mechanical components and assemblies.
• Design, install, and commission new manufacturing equipment and production lines.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for critical machinery.
• Troubleshoot failures and bottlenecks to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with quality to ensure design specs are met.
• Apply lean and Six Sigma to drive efficiency and reduce waste.
