Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Proficiency with CAD software and a strong understanding of manufacturing machinery.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of automation, robotics, and control systems is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical skills and a results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for mechanical improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new mechanical systems or modifications to existing equipment to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Utilize CAD software for the design of fixtures, tooling, and automation components.
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless process integration.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process flows and equipment specifications.
