Hire Resolve in South Africa seeks an IT Manager to lead corporate IT strategy across OT, AI, Cloud and data initiatives. You will streamline operations, guide the IT team, and implement policies to support manufacturing excellence.

The role requires a strong background in database design, software development, and systems analysis, with experience in cloud platforms, virtualization, ERP environments, and vendor management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology / computer science or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a leadership role.
• Strong background in Database Design, Software Development, Business and Systems Analysis.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms, Virtualization and Enterprise Software.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage an IT strategy that incorporates OT, AI, Cloud and Data.
• Streamline IT operations and implement innovative solutions to meet business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the IT team, providing guidance and support for professional development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend strategic upgrades.
• Manage IT budgets and vendor relationships including contract negotiations and SLAs with 3rd party service providers.
• Oversee ERP environment and ensure stability of the ERP system.
• Oversee integrations into third party systems and ensure data and system integrity.
