Job summary

Belay Talent Solutions in South Africa seeks an experienced IT Services Manager to lead secure, reliable IT services across infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity, reporting to the Group IT Executive. You will drive service excellence, modernisation, continuity, and cost management.

The role leads IT teams, manages vendors and SLAs, and shapes technology roadmaps while aligning services with manufacturing, distribution, and business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• 8–10 years' experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, Service Delivery, or Technology Services.
• Minimum 5 years' leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, networks, cybersecurity, vendors, contracts, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure, cloud, network, and end-user technology services.
• Ensure high availability, performance, security, and resilience of IT environments.
• Manage technology vendors, service providers, contracts, and SLAs.
• Drive cybersecurity, risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
• Lead change management, operational governance, and continuous service improvement.
• Manage IT budgets, roadmaps, and lifecycle planning.
• Develop and lead high-performing IT teams focused on service excellence.
