Qualifications

• CA(SA) qualification is essential.
• 5–8 years' finance experience in manufacturing/mining/engineering sectors.
• Experience in financial reporting, management accounting, budgeting/forecasting, cash flow, controls and governance, and costing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full finance and accounting function.
• Lead monthly management reporting and financial analysis.
• Prepare annual financial statements and statutory reporting.
• Drive budgeting/forecasting and cash flow planning.
• Oversee inventory management and manufacturing costing.
• Implement and maintain strong governance and financial controls.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.
