Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in organisational development or related fields.
• Proven expertise in strategy development, change management, and talent management.
• Strong skills in performance management, organisational design, and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the formulation and execution of HR and organisational development strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead talent management, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
• Drive organisational change projects and oversee performance management and workforce planning.
• Lead organisational design and restructuring efforts, developing policies and best practices.
• Manage organisational development projects, including assessment and development centres.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for management and oversee the OD team's development.
• Manage departmental budgets to ensure cost‑effective project delivery.
