Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business process analysis, operations, or related consulting.
• Familiarity with process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build rapport with clients.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel to client sites within Polokwane and the surrounding Limpopo province.
