About the Role

Our client, a well-respected management consultancy, is seeking a talented Management Consultant with a specialization in Organisational Design. This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from your preferred location while making a significant impact on our clients' structures and performance. You will work with diverse organizations to assess their current structures, design optimal operating models, and implement changes that enhance efficiency, agility, and employee engagement. As a remote-first organization, we provide a collaborative virtual environment and the necessary tools to succeed. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of organisational theory, change management principles, and talent management strategies. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
