You will work on change management, talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational design across client projects, blending on-site and remote collaboration in the Western Cape region.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, change management, or HR consulting.
• Proven ability to design and implement successful organizational development programs.

• Assess organizational structures and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
