You will implement preventative maintenance, manage budgets and external contractors, and ensure compliance with health and environmental standards while maintaining the highest standards of luxury infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance in hospitality or lodging environments.
• Ability to implement preventative maintenance schedules and monitor compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Budgeting, procurement, and cost-control experience.
• Excellent coordination with contractors and in-house staff.
