Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance and facilities operations across the lodge group
• Implement and manage preventative maintenance schedules
• Supervise maintenance staff and external contractors
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Manage budgets, procurement, and cost control
• Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and facility improvements
• Maintain luxury standards across all lodge infrastructure
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergencies
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure operational efficiency
