Job summary

HotelJobs is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Manager to oversee facilities and operations across its luxury properties in Paternoster, on South Africa's West Coast. Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in hospitality or lodging environment essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance and facilities operations across the lodge group
• Implement and manage preventative maintenance schedules
• Supervise maintenance staff and external contractors
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Manage budgets, procurement, and cost control
• Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and facility improvements
• Maintain luxury standards across all lodge infrastructure
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergencies
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure operational efficiency
