Placements24 is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to specialise in residential properties in Mahikeng, North West. You will list, market and show homes, guide buyers through the purchase process and close deals, leveraging the agency's brand and support network, while building your own client base.

You must have a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) to practice in South Africa, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) or equivalent qualification to practice as a Real Estate Agent in South Africa.
• Proven experience in residential real estate sales is highly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of the Mahikeng and surrounding North West property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for client meetings and property viewings in Mahikeng.
• Commitment to ethical conduct and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• List and market residential properties for sale, developing effective sales strategies.
• Advise clients on property values, market conditions, and industry trends in Mahikeng.
• Show properties to prospective buyers and advise them on features and benefits.
• Negotiate the terms of sales agreements between buyers and sellers.
• Accompany buyers during property viewings and provide guidance throughout the purchasing process.
• Prepare and present comparative market analysis (CMA) reports to sellers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with local property laws, regulations, and ethical practices.
• Generate leads through networking, open houses, and other prospecting activities.
• Manage all aspects of the sales transaction from initial contact to closing.
