Job summary

LINKFIELDS INNOVATIONS (PTY) LTD is looking for a skilled M365 Technician to provide internal IT training. The ideal candidate will bring 4-7 years of experience in IT systems training and must be based in Johannesburg with reliable transport.

This role focuses on conducting in-house training for Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook and Teams, ensuring team proficiency while updating course materials as needed.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of IT systems training experience, specifically internal/in-house training.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering IT training programs.
• Ability to work independently and proactively manage training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Setup training for induction on 1st and 15th of each month.
• Conduct in-house training covering Microsoft Office / M365 products.
• Get feedback from trainees after their courses have completed.
