Qualifications

• Previous experience in a reservations role within luxury hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in reservation systems, booking platforms and Microsoft Office.
• A professional telephone manner and a guest-focused approach.
• The ability to multitask, prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• A genuine interest in wellness, hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsabilités

• Manage all accommodation reservations from enquiry to booking confirmation.
• Respond promptly to guest enquiries via telephone, email and other channels.
• Provide accurate information on accommodation, rates, availability, and wellness offerings.
• Process bookings, amendments, cancellations and special requests.
• Maintain reservation records and update booking systems.
• Liaise with relevant departments to communicate guest preferences, dietary requirements and special arrangements.
• Assist with managing occupancy levels and maximise booking opportunities.
• Ensure all guest correspondence reflects the property's high standards of service and professionalism.
• Handle guest queries and resolve reservation-related issues efficiently.
• Support the wider hospitality team with administrative duties when required.
