CAPE JOY in Cape Town is seeking a dynamic Villa Operator for our luxury villa. You will manage daily operations, ensuring a relaxed yet sophisticated guest experience and seamless service across departments.

Ideal candidates have hospitality management experience at a department-head level, strong organizational skills, and hands-on leadership. Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus. Live-out accommodation is provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in hospitality management with department-head experience (F&B, guest relations, or housekeeping).
• Proven ability to create and operate systems.
• High EI with proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with breakfast cooking skills and cross-department efficiency.
• Delegation and supervision confident.
• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create a relaxed yet sophisticated guest atmosphere and supervise service.
