Job summary

JVR Software is seeking a Spa Receptionist for a luxury hotel, lodge, resort, or spa in Lephalale, Limpopo. You will manage Opera PMS bookings, guest accounts, and front-desk operations with a focus on outstanding service and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of Opera PMS use, spa booking experience, and a professional demeanor. Shift work, including weekends and holidays, is required in a tranquil guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Beauty Therapy, Spa Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' hands-on Opera PMS experience (essential).
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as Spa/Hotel Front Office Receptionist in luxury settings.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or wellness environment is highly advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in Opera PMS and spa booking systems.
• Strong knowledge of reception and reservations procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and cash handling with POS experience.
