Job summary

Advius is seeking a polished Senior Receptionist for a luxury spa estate in Somerset West, South Africa. You will be the first contact for spa guests, delivering a seamless five-star experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities include managing spa reservations, guest inquiries, records, stock, and supporting the Spa Manager in daily operations, while maintaining a professional appearance in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent minimum.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar receptionist role.
• Professional appearance and a service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional five-star guest service at all times.
• Manage spa reservations, guest enquiries, check-ins and check-outs.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Spa Manager.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and guest information.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock takes.
• Manage petty cash and ensure health, safety and hygiene standards.
