You will assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations, mentor junior staff, and ensure menu execution reflects seasonal, local, and sustainable ingredients while maintaining strict hygiene and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior CDP in luxury dining.
• Formal culinary qualification or equivalent training.
• Strong culinary skills with attention to detail and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations with Head Chef.
• Lead menu execution using seasonal, local ingredients.
• Mentor junior kitchen staff and foster teamwork.
• Manage stock rotation, ordering, and costs.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to menu development and events.
• Maintain efficiency while nurturing creativity.
