The role requires proven leadership in a luxury hospitality setting, excellence in menu development, strong cost control, and a hands-on approach to mentoring the kitchen team while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven Head Chef experience in luxury hotel or boutique setting.
• Strong culinary skills with emphasis on presentation and innovation.
• Excellent leadership, communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
• Develop and maintain innovative, refined menus that complement the hotel's luxury offering.
• Oversee all aspects of food preparation, presentation and kitchen operations.
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, food safety and cleanliness are consistently maintained.
• Manage food costs, stock control, ordering and kitchen budgets effectively.
• Monitor kitchen performance and ensure efficient use of ingredients and resources.
• Train and mentor chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a professional and positive working environment.
• Work closely with management and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain excellent consistency, attention to detail and presentation across all culinary offerings.
