Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional Reservations Coordinator to join a luxury beach house in Durban, KZN. You will manage reservations from enquiry to confirmation, and support the guest booking experience with accurate records and personalised service.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple bookings. Previous hospitality administration experience and proficiency with reservation systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous reservations/front office or hospitality administration experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Good computer literacy and confidence with reservation systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage reservations from initial enquiry through to confirmation.
• Respond to guest enquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records.
• Handle booking amendments, cancellations and special requests.
• Communicate availability, rates and booking details to guests.
• Liaise with departments to ensure guest requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate room and availability information.
• Ensure reservations are processed according to procedures.
• Provide professional, personalised service throughout the booking process.
• Assist with general administration relating to reservations and guest services.
