Qualifications

• Relevant pastry qualification preferred.
• Experience in a luxury lodge, hotel or fine dining essential.
• Strong skills in desserts, pastries, breads and baked goods.
• Creative, precise and presentation-focused.
• Organised and able to maintain exceptional standards.
• Able to work independently and as part of a kitchen team.
• HACCP compliance and food safety knowledge.
• Stable work history with references.
• Pastry portfolio advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Prepare high-quality desserts, pastries, cakes and baked goods to five-star standards.
• Create plated desserts and seasonal pastry menus.
• Prepare breakfast pastries and guest amenities.
• Maintain hygiene, food safety and cleanliness at all times.
• Manage pastry section stock and control waste.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
