You will prepare pastries, desserts, cakes and baked goods, contribute to seasonal creations, and maintain high standards of quality, hygiene and presentation.

Qualifications

• Previous pastry kitchen experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining.
• Formal culinary qualification in pastry or baking is advantageous.
• Passion for pastry, willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and dessert presentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, production and presentation of pastries, desserts, cakes and baked goods.
• Support the pastry team in maintaining high standards of quality, taste and presentation.
• Prepare ingredients and ensure recipes are followed accurately.
• Assist with daily mise en place and keep pastry section organized for service.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety in the pastry kitchen.
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and minimise wastage.
