Job summary

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Facilitator for a prestigious luxury lodge in Thabazimbi, Limpopo. The role focuses on supporting training initiatives, developing team members and maintaining high service standards in a luxury lodge setting.

You will coordinate and deliver staff training, onboard new hires, monitor progress and maintain training records, while working closely with lodge management to ensure consistent luxury hospitality across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or staff training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordination and delivery of staff training programmes.
• Support facilitation of training sessions to ensure understanding of procedures and service expectations.
• Assist with onboarding and induction of new team members.
• Monitor staff progress and provide feedback for development.
• Maintain training materials, attendance registers and development records.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs.
• Promote a positive learning environment and teamwork.
• Support implementation of luxury hospitality standards across the lodge.
