Responsibilities

• Assist the Lodge Manager with day-to-day lodge operations.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain exceptional service, presentation and hospitality standards.
• Supervise and support lodge staff across departments.
• Assist with staff training, performance management and development.
• Manage guest relations, handle requests and resolve complaints.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, front office and guides.
• Monitor stock control, procedures and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and company standards.
• Assist with administration, reporting and planning.
